And it was easy&simple to understand what I checked at the end of the last day(the return day) and I explained it correctly. (Fuel, Damage, Mileage...)
The car they issued my wreaked of cigarette smell, I asked to be changed only to be told that they don't have any cars available, imagine that a reputable rental car company that doesn't have additional cars to accommodate their customers.
Instances like these make customers deviate towards another car rental company.

I went to Enterprise located at Fort Lee, NJ.
They could've at least upgraded my car rental tier to accommodate me, of course that didn't happen.
Not a pleasant experience with Enterprise this time around, hopefully my next one will be a pleasurable one.
I was told to go to the local airport to exchange the car, AIRPORT? Then I finally was told that first thing in the morning they'll notify when another car will be available, I'm still waiting for their call.
The Enterprise was quick and friendly in picking up the car.
All staff are friendly and courteous. Offer free home pickup. Vehicles are well maintained. I have been renting from this place often, and each time is an easy process. Very happy and satisfied.
Really great customer service all around. The staff are very nice, friendly, & professional. They went out of their way to make me feel taken care of -- including giving me a small price-break when I was feeling some sticker-shock from over-time charges (which I had knowingly added.) Location is great for New Yorkers who need to rent a car in NJ. Will definitely use them again when I need a NJ rental!
